Questions
Long Beach questions we hear
Is the shop welcoming to LGBTQ customers from Long Beach?
Yes. Many LGBTQ customers come from Long Beach, and everyone is welcome here. The shop says so on Google and Yelp. You will be treated with respect, and the conversation stays on your car and what you need done. Call or text from Long Beach and we will answer.
How long does a tracker install take for Long Beach customers?
A tracker alone is usually done in an hour or two. Add an alarm or camera and it becomes a half day. Book by call or text, then wait inside or leave the car, and the shop calls when it is ready.
Can I get the tracker and a Viper alarm in one visit?
Yes, and it is common. They use separate power feeds, so one never depends on the other. Book both together so we reserve the time. The Viper 3108V is $699 installed as of October 2026, and trackers are quoted on the vehicle.
Does remote start work with a hybrid from Long Beach?
Some hybrids are supported and some are not, so check first. Send the year, make and model, and we confirm whether Compustar covers it. The 932A starts from $649 as of October 2026 for supported cars. Bring the car from Long Beach and we will demo it.
